The key is to be certain that the leadership we provide is about building people up and not tearing them down. However, in this period of our lives as a nation, it is hard not to be discouraged when we look at the littered and trashed landscape that has occured because of selfish leadership, instead of selfless leadership.

We need strong spiritual leaders in faith communities, education, politics, business, entertainment, medicine, athletics and community service.
