Payment Policies, Fees, Terms of Agreement

Full payment is required for product purchases. All monetary transactions are in $US dollars. Financial Services, Nonprofit Services and Performance Services are paid in direct correlation to the transactions and agreed upon details between the service provider and the client/customer.

Indemnification Policy

You agree to use all Greater Things Enterprises services at your own risk. Greater Things Enterprises specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Greater Things Enterprises harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Greater Things Enterprises, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Greater Things Enterprises against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Greater Things Enterprises.

Greater Things Enterprises shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.

SPAM Policy

Greater Things Enterprises is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit Spam, or any unsolicited commercial email.

Content Policy

All services provided by Greater Things Enterprises may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. Greater Things Enterprises retains ownership of all textual content, images, logos, and data created by the company, its employees and assignees. Partners and affiliates retain their rights and assign them for use by Greater Things Enterprises to advance our common purposes.
